Vernon S. McDougall | Vernon S. "Bud" McDougall was born in 1921, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert R. and Ella McDougall, Sr. of Hickory Street, Delanco; brother of James and Robert R. Robert R. McDougall, Jr. Vernon married Natalie and was a resident of Delanco. He entered the US Army in July of 1942 to serve in WWII and was sent overseas in October of 1943. Bud was seriously wounded by a German S-mine. He was hospitalized in England then returned to convalesce at Halloren General Hospital on Staten Island, New York.
